Horrible Customer Service: Belmero Inc.

The best thing about this product is the customer service and how much they care about your company. I was having problems with a user account not syncing up with salesforce and it took forever to get someone from the company to look into my issue. It's been over 3 months since I had an issue resolved and nothing has happened. I don't know if I'm supposed to wait or go somewhere else for assistance but I would definitely try another option.
