This is by far the worst product I have ever bought from Revain. What should have taken 15 minutes took 2 days! Firstly it didn't have 4 screws so I couldn't even assemble it when I opened the box. I put the big ring on and found that the 4 screws for the small ring were missing. I had to wait until the next day to go to the hardware store. After reassembly, the new screws didn't go all the way in, although they did fit snugly when I removed the bushing and screwed it in. I adjusted the small circle and couldn't fully tighten them. I moved on to the swivel and pillow. Huge pain in the ass! The instructions were useless. I have assembled many things from Ikea perfectly, so I know how to follow the instructions. It was so bad. There were few photos and they didn't show any steps. The written instructions were terrible and confusing. The part names they wrote didn't match the parts list so it was difficult to figure out which bolts to use. I still don't know if I used the right size for each piece. My husband even tried to help and was just as disappointed as I was. We put it together but I'm seriously considering returning it, especially as the little circle doesn't contract so it wobbles a bit. The description also says it's 28 1/2 inches tall, but I measured and got 30 inches. It doesn't seem like a huge difference, but if you need it for a table of a certain height, it's there.
