Review on Moen 145058 Replacement Converts Standard by Amador Buckenmeyer

I want to explain a little about this adapter. I also had some trouble installing this part to put a new fairing on my old Moentrol valve. I easily solved the problem by adding a small grinder to the corner of the valve that didn't allow the screw or part to be mis-seated. The problem is not with this part but with your valve behind it. I had a small sanding head in my drill bits that had a coarse grit and a couple of turns took care of the "protruding parts". Once I got rid of it this part fit perfectly and allowed me to install a nice new fairing package. I ordered a second one from ebay. This price has gone up a bit. I paid 14.00
