You can do this repair with minimal tools and skills!
Beech Lane toilet valve works great. After installation it does not flow, it has been working like a factory installation for a week. There were cheaper options but I guess sometimes you get what you pay for. I don't want this leak for several years! If you remember how you removed the old valve, the installation becomes a drop in the bucket. Don't forget to turn off the water supply. Thanks Rick
