I just received these pans and am writing my first review. They look very nice, are light and packaged relatively well. Not in the usual retail packaging, but in a standard box, almost unmarked. I'm a bit worried here. All pans have a grainy texture on the inside, and it's very hard for me to see how they can be remotely non-stick. All my other pans are smooth as glass. I'll be cooking with them for a couple of weeks and then I'll update my review. Do some of my pans have a darker spot that looks like the coating has faded or isn't coated well enough? I thought it was dirt, but it's not. None of my pots/pans were dented like the other reviewers and the lids all fit well, as does the steamer. Update: These pans are amazing! They are fully non-stick coated. I've been cooking with them for a while and they hold up great. I hand wash everything and cook on medium heat. After several months of cooking, no burn marks remain. They still look and perform like new!
