For the price we thought it would be a decent scooter. The first one we got made a lot of noise and the wheels didn't move smoothly. Very limited. Could be a problem with the wheel bearings. The exchange process was easy, but the second one we got was even worse. The handles would not tighten and were dangling. And the rear wheel had the same problem as the first. Loud and limited. My son is very disappointed. And note I sent it back on August 13th, today is the 28th, and still no refund. My son keeps asking for money to buy another scooter. I don't know why it's taking so long, but it's very frustrating.
