I got this from a frosting recipe. Food Blog {Dessert with Health: 104g (3 scoops) Chocolate Brown Rice Protein Powder Isolate; 15g (3 tablespoons) dark cocoa powder (unsweetened) 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk} Because it's so healthy, it makes a great frosting. Edited October 2013: I also like protein drinks/shakes, but I didn't touch them until my wisdom teeth were removed. It doesn't mix well (like most protein powders), so I use a blender and add 1 scoop to 16 ounces of milk or almond milk (not good with water). This is a great blend of flavors. I'm just getting ready to get my second can.
