I have a preschooler who is overly sensitive to his feet. He regularly complains (yells) that his socks and shoes are uncomfortable or too tight. Of course mostly with me, not with his father, whatever the cost. I think these socks are very soft and comfortable to the touch, but feels like a slight bulge at the toe corner where the (un)seam either starts or ends. There's really no way to weave a sock without a beginning or end, but I think it would be slightly better if the weave started at the bottom to create minimal "overhang" and then knotted at the top.
