Review on 🔋 Forney Easy Weld 261, 140 Flux-Cored Welder, 120V, Forest Green by Dean Love

Full disclosure. Everything I knew about welding when I bought it I learned from reading and Youtube. The device received great reviews, and there were a lot of them, so I decided I couldn't be wrong. Received the welder, the build quality is good. I started out with trial welds and had problems (for a number of reasons) but mostly ended up with a terrible and inconsistent joint with lots of spatter and pop. I decided to call Forney as their website offers help. I have one of their "Zach" techs who made me boil while I was on the phone. Diagnosed almost immediately: problems with nutrition. I was wrong. They still make ugly welds, but that's the fault of the operator, not the equipment.
