DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I should have listened to other reviewers. I'm new to the soap business so I was trying to save a few bucks. But instead I'm now stuck with this poorly made useless cookie cutter and also wasted two full loaves of soap and so much time and effort! I'm beside myself with anger! all my hard work All my material costs. And what's worse, the return/refund date has already passed. At first I thought I wasn't going to press directly on the cutter, but after a few slanted cuts and much frustration, I carefully measured each corner and size of this product multiple times. I found the cutout for the cutter/knife was 1/8 inch smaller and the bottom piece of wood was at a slight angle. This resulted in all of my soaps being cut at uneven angles. No piece can be kept for sale! Every detail looks sloppy and totally unprofessional. I want my money back!
