This was a surprisingly good product for the money. sound quality. Surround sound emulation in games like Sea of Thieves and Anthem is great, not super great, but crisp highs and decent bass get the job done, audio and mic quality is good too without causing echo. The controller is decent and well positioned so it doesn't bounce off your chest. The microphone switch is handy. I want the light at the end of the mic to turn off when the mic is muted. I had this feature on a previous headset and wanted to see when my mic was or was not muted. Light. USB is for backlight only. Not required and not used for any other purpose. It was nice that they added an adapter to switch from single to split 1/8" plugs. I will update if anything changes.
