Just before or after the Christmas holidays I bought 6-7 different carpets for the downstairs of my house. Because my house is a two-story ranch and the exit of the driveway is on the lower level (which we use primarily for getting in and out), the room closest to the exit serves as both our lower-level living room and as my study. I am still in awe of the wonderful rug I bought and the price I paid for it (which was low compared to most other rugs sold by the same company - in fact all rugs, the one I bought was about the same price - albeit for a limited time (the average cost was about $20 each, which was far less than what it would have cost me at Costco every day.)
