Review on Mizuno Shadow Running Shoes - Peacock Teaberry: Unleash Your True Style and Performance by Jerry Frey

Flat Feet, Dropped Ankles, Midsole Buckle

I did not run for several years as I had several injuries which I was recovering from and had gained weight during the recovery period. I'm just starting to walk again, so I'm doing it very slowly. One mile at a time, to be precise. I've only ridden about 3 miles in these shoes (three runs of a mile) so they're not even close to breaking in, but so far they feel pretty good. They fit well, stability is good, the ride is smooth. I have normal "I'm overweight and just walking again" pain, but no pain in my legs or ankles, which usually hurts when I have shoes that don't fit me. I usually prefer shoes with a lower drop but so far they work great. I will keep you up-to-date.
