I bought a box of 8 pieces. the first one I took out of the box and put in the light didn't work. quite confused about it. I have used 3 others. They work. Edit: Customer service contacted me to offer a refund. That was cool. The day after returning the money, they started promoting me by interacting with me via Amazon Marketplace email. This is in bad taste and under no circumstances will I remove my review as they have asked me to do because they have decided to start promoting me through customer support interactions. terrible customer service.
