This hair dryer has melted the brush that came with it, so I don't recommend using it. I have long wavy hair. When I try to blow it the nozzle twists so I don't get good direct heat on the comb. I ended up keeping my old hair dryer and using it whenever I want to straighten my hair. I decided to keep it because the diffuser is big and works great. The hair dryer is heavy compared to others, but not so heavy that I couldn't keep it on for 10 minutes.
