They are very knowledgeable about hardware & system configuration issues that crop up from time to⼊ ;ay - which makes it easy for me personally because if there is anything out-of place or misconfigured then we can tackle those together rather than having multiple people trying different things independently.<br /><p>The level has dipped since their acquisition by HPE so some areas like networking have been neglected somewhat compared ot what was previously offered.</P>.<strong /> Support tickets get dealt quickly now instead of waiting weeks before being able solve problems</Strong></emph.
