This was a great purchase. I have some experience installing TVs, but I think any beginner can handle it. I did it without outside help. I have to admit I was a little wary of using "wire" to hang my 46 inch Samsung. But after installing it, I have no doubt that it is securely attached to the wall. I am also very impressed by this fact. The installation causes very little cosmetic damage to the wall behind the TV. Only 2 holes required. Actually I hung mine too low and after I was done I had to raise it 6 inches. The remaining holes are still well hidden, but I will have no problem filling them (if and when I move the TV) with simple putty and paint. The stands provide enough clearance to make connections after hanging. I will use this again if I ever hang up another TV.
