The ability to create multiple custom fields for staff members/employees which made tracking their progress much easier than using just one field (like an id number). I dislike that you cannot search through your schedule once it's created as opposed to searching when entering in new information each day or week - this would be helpful! It helps keep track of everything from employee safety issues all the way down to billing procedures & deadlines without having tons of spreadsheets floating around everywhere we look at our office computers during business hours.
