I like how simple it makes payroll processing! The application has been great to use for our small business. It's easy enough that anyone can figure out but powerful enough we don't have to hire an employee just to process paychecks every month. The best thing about simplywork is its ease of use. There are many other software that are more complex to learn but simple work requires just basic knowledge of computer. The ability to create multiple custom fields for staff members/employees which made tracking their progress much easier than using just one field (like an id number). I dislike that you cannot search through your schedule once it's created as opposed to searching when entering in new information each day or week - this would be helpful!
