Works well. The kit includes three different sizes of screws to attach to the TV (since there isn't just one standard size). The nuts used to attach the adapter to an existing bracket have nylon inserts to keep them from loosening. Installation isn't bad, but you'll have trouble fully tightening the adapter to make a connection before placing the TV. The adapter/bracket connection must have some play (but not loosen) or the TV and adapter holes will most likely not align properly. This is a mistake some people have made due to reviews stating the holes are misaligned. The holes are really ok, it's an installation problem. You cannot overtighten the adapter bolts/nuts before mounting the TV, there must be a small gap to align it. There is no need to over-tighten the adapter's connection to the bracket as the nylon push-in nuts will not loosen on their own. I found it a little pricey for a simple brace, but it's a well-made special piece, it is what it is. .
