I admit I was skeptical at first but the Evron stool really works! 😄😁9-17-18 UPDATE! This 7" stool from Evron works VERY well according to the documented ancient oriental health concept that you should crouch down for all your bowel movements and NOT sit up straight on the "porcelain throne" of western civilization. !It works by elevating your knees 7 inches to mimic the required effect of a squat to relieve pressure on the nerves and muscles in your lower back that control your ability to poop! Sitting on a regular toilet seat with your feet on the floor RESTRICTS this bodily function and causes fecal matter (and sometimes even small amounts of urine) to get stuck in the small intestine, colon, and/or bladder behind these muscles and the nerve that controls them stay . Feces and urine become toxic to the body over time and can seriously affect overall health by causing colon, rectal and urinary tract/bladder problems. big h health problems are worth the investment. Another surprise I have to mention here is that although this Evron stool worked right away the first time I used it, I found that with continued use for a week, the elimination actually improves! This showed me that the chair helps teach your body to have good, full bowel movements on a regular basis. This fits perfectly with my concerns above about preventing diseases caused by trapped feces and urine staying in the body for a long time. With its neutral off-white colour, it also looks perfect and blends easily into most bathroom decor. B. placed on both sides of the toilet (see attached photos), and can also be stacked on top of each other to save space. So I highly recommend this product and I think you will most likely be as happy with it as I am.
