I was not satisfied with the coldness of this item. In the early days after surgery there was a lot of pain and swelling of the shoulder and bicep area and the cryo-cuff was not helping with the pain. My homemade ice pack with water and rubbing alcohol in a 1 gal zip loc bag was far superior. Later on after swelling was down the cryo cuff was helpful.
- Easy to use. Makes "icing" easy.
- May take up too much room in a refrigerator or freezer
