So let me get the title straight. I've been a Logitech customer for many years - Harmony remotes, mice, keyboards. After carefully reading the previous reviews, I decided to try the mid-range headphones ($220). I was looking for decent quality switching between work (dongle for laptop + MS Teams, Skype) and bluetooth for phone. Everything was working fine at first until I reverted to an overheated and non-working key. A quick check of the other two devices failed to detect the device. No problem, just reorder, I thought it was out of stock. First contact with customer service was a nightmare with no resolution, just a consecration check. The next guy, Paul, opened up a real claim with an apology for the out of stock item. Good guy, twisted me unaided for a month. So I spent over $200 on a defective unit and didn't offer a replacement within the warranty period. Stick to a reputable big company that stands behind their products!
