RUN! Worst customer service ever.

So let me get the title straight. I've been a Logitech customer for many years - Harmony remotes, mice, keyboards. After carefully reading the previous reviews, I decided to try the mid-range headphones ($220). I was looking for decent quality switching between work (dongle for laptop + MS Teams, Skype) and bluetooth for phone. Everything was working fine at first until I reverted to an overheated and non-working key. A quick check of the other two devices failed to detect the device. No…

Larger than expected merge key; Uncomfortable on my big head

I did enough research to choose them, but I didn't realize the Unifying receiver was any different than the small receiver I got for my Logitech keyboard and mouse have. Apparently they needed a bit more to make the sound work with the keyboard/mouse. That was the first disappointment, but not the main one as the Bluetooth connection is fine. However, I paid extra to get the Plus version, so it's a waste. What didn't really work for me was squeezing the in-ear headphones. They claim to be "all…

Almost Amazing In-Ear Headphones

I was looking for the perfect wireless headset with a microphone that has a visible indicator when muted. With this you can mute the sound by raising the microphone. Like this feature. I had a Logitech (don't remember the model - wireless mono with charging cradle) that had the mic light on when muted. The charging station wasn't that great. I switched to Sennheiser and it regularly and randomly disconnected from the BASE STATION that was physically connected to my computer via USB. However…

Far from a perfect headset!

I initially gave them an excellent rating but the mic broke after 3.5 months (16 weeks) of gentle use on the gallows. They are on my head, neck or when charging and only used for work (I have other headphones for music). Now I have to push the boom down for the microphone to work. Pros: - The audio is good and the app lets you adjust the orientation. - The app allows you to change the volume of the user's voice during a call so you can hear yourself. and do not speak too loudly in quiet…

Good headset but not comfortable for prolonged use

I have used the Logitech H800 before which was a good headset but the range wasn't that good. The last time I used the Jabra Pro 9470 it worked great at home, but I needed a more portable headset when I was on the go. The Logitech Zone Wireless Plus looked like a great option, so I decided to give it a try. Pros: The battery life is acceptable for all-day use, and it doesn't last long at all if you just need a quick charge. The battery never drained in a day of use. I liked that I could use a…

Bad latency, uncomfortable to use during the day

Introduction: I've been using an older model for 9 years - Logitech H800. I've looked through half a dozen of these as they don't last more than a year or two. The H800s don't offer anything special in terms of sound quality, but they're very light on the ears and I can use them while charging, so they work well for 8+ hours of continuous online calls. I've been waiting for an updated version for years and was delighted to purchase the Zone Wireless Plus. Unfortunately, they feel like both an…
