I initially gave them an excellent rating but the mic broke after 3.5 months (16 weeks) of gentle use on the gallows. They are on my head, neck or when charging and only used for work (I have other headphones for music). Now I have to push the boom down for the microphone to work. Pros: - The audio is good and the app lets you adjust the orientation. - The app allows you to change the volume of the user's voice during a call so you can hear yourself. and do not speak too loudly in quiet environments. The microphone has good reception. QR charging works with iPhone or Android chargers. It didn't turn down any of the three in my house (Belkin for iPhone, Belkin for Android, iOttie for iPhone). The dongle and Bluetooth connect simultaneously, allowing you to confer and take a mobile call on your laptop. and can walk back and forth. That's the only advantage over headsets from other manufacturers. - Good battery life. I can take calls all day (5-6 hours) and have an hour or more free. The signal range is excellent. I can stay connected in my basement office and go upstairs and out. Maybe not 100 feet if there are walls, but still quite a distance. Cons: - The hinges are too loose, causing the headphones to hang when not upside down. - In general, the design is poor and the materials are thin. They are only on my head, neck or on the charging pad, and the mic arm broke internally after 3.5 months (16 weeks) - The pads are too thin and the earpiece doesn't have enough mobility. My ears hurt after an hour when I wear glasses and after 2 hours without glasses I have to take them off. You can't listen to music for long while you work - Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) doesn't help. My office is in my basement and the Covid-19 classroom for my kids is there too. I hear the soft hum of the stove and the loud voices of the children, as if the ANC never existed. There is no difference whether it is on or off. The Unifying dongle is more than twice the length of a standard Unifying receiver, so you can't leave it plugged into your laptop when you need to slip it in your bag. It will crack or break the USB port. - Considering all this, the price is too high. At best, it's a $100 headset. Conclusion: Better spend the extra money for something better from another manufacturer. Don't be fooled by the amenities I've labeled "pros".
