I have been using this software since almost two years now and it has helped me solve my emails in no time. This product can be used by anyone who needs quick answers regarding their queries or problems. It helps me keep track of all mails sent and received from various clients. This product allows you to customize according to your need so as to make sure nothing goes wrong between you and any client. No complaints whatsoever here! The only thing which i find difficult while working with this application is when we are required to send bulk messages to multiple recipients at once. Otherwise, everything else about the product seems to work great. As said above, this has allowed us to quickly resolve our clients' grievances in no time without having to spend hours trying different methods out there.
