The customer support is exceptional! They are always willing to make adjustments when you need them. Their technicians do an outstanding job fixing my computers problems. I trust that they will fix any problem as long it's not too big for their team. Give Accent some time before deciding - there may be better companies out there but so far none seem like much more than clones with different names (and sometimes worse tech workmanship). We needed help getting our network back up after several malware attacks had caused serious security threats against us. AC worked hard every day until everything seemed resolved or figured out. The customer support is top-notch! They are always willing (and able) to help with any question or concern you may ever have about their product line. I would definitely recommend them for all your IT needs. There's not much that i don't like so far but if there were, it'd be something they didn't do well enough already. If this solves my problems then why wouldn't i want more? Security issues solved by having an integrated solution instead of trying to manage each component separately.
