At first I really liked this keyboard. I was shocked at the battery life (I never turned on the backlight) But then after a few weeks (maybe 4-5 weeks) the bottom alphabetic keys stopped working for no reason. Then they start working again. Then they will stop. Now the second row of letters behaves the same way. I have contacted support as it is after the return period. They said they would send a new one and asked for my address, I gave it to them and haven't heard from since. It was 2 weeks ago. After that I emailed twice to check the status of the order and got no reply.
