We installed the KES shower system in June 2020. There was a brief moment of worry when the diverter caused a knocking sound (hammering) whenever we turned on any faucet in our home. Dust must have collected in transit because when we blew the dust out of screws in the diverter, the problem was solved.We chose to install the rain shower head in the ceiling (see picture) and love the results. This unit is attractive, affordable and easy to use. There are just three options on the handle (turn left, right or center) to start the shower head, sprayer nozzle or waterfall tub faucet.
