We bought this because we needed a toilet paper holder that would hold coreless toilet paper rolls. The product itself looks good. However, there were no screws on arrival (the bag of screws was already torn open as if it had been used) and there were many scuffs all over. I may have received a previously returned item or a defective item (this seems to be a common occurrence with products on Revain these days). I will try to exchange and update this review later but for now I am very disappointed with this buying experience. Update: Add 1 more star for customer service. The seller contacted us immediately and sent a replacement. As for the product, it tips over quite often. I think it's a decent toilet paper for the price, but I wouldn't buy it again. We have a toilet roll holder from Crate and Barrel that costs $40 and is way better. I'm willing to pay $20 extra for better quality since I use it every day. But customer service was very attentive, apologetic and had quick and clear communication. I appreciated it.
