I was skeptical about gel bike seats after reading reviews from different brands and finally settled on this one. I've had it for a few months and only use it for spinning 1-2 times a week, but it's been a great seat. Secured firmly to the seat, it barely moves and I've had no issues with the gel moving or pinching . It's a hard gel, not a super soft gel, so I found it stays firmly in place and certainly makes walking softer. I found the back class unbearable because of the seat pain until I got this seat!
