I am a 6ft 1in, 235 lb male who wanted to get in shape by riding a bike. The bike I bought had a hard, narrow seat. My ass got tired quicker than my legs got tired. Little. :) But I wanted a more comfortable seat. For me, these seat covers mean about 50% more ride time compared to the hard, narrow saddle that my bike arrived in. with, and which is just under this seat cushion. This gives my legs more time for the ride to get tired. And that's good.

I give all the stars because the product is great! And there are no problems with that. It's beautiful and really easy to install. I just want to warn customers. I live in Southern California where it's summer now so temperatures are in the 100s and I usually leave my bike on the patio. If you use this pillow, cover it. The heat melts the gel in the pillow and it bleeds out. After that it's almost useless. I don't blame the company or anyone. I just want to spread the word.

I bought this for the saddle on my Cannondale Adventure 3 which I ride on relatively easy trails (some gravel, some tarmac) or trainers. I was skeptical about gel bike seats after reading reviews from different brands and finally settled on this one. I've had it for a few months and only use it for spinning 1-2 times a week, but it's been a great seat. I only felt comfortable on a few trips. It is defective and must be replaced immediately. To update! I live in the Californian desert and use it for outdoor use. Apparently the gel will ooze out of the seat if you leave the bike out in the hot sun. This is a very good and comfortable product, but you should be aware when using it outdoors.
