I am a 6ft 1in, 235 lb male who wanted to get in shape by riding a bike. The bike I bought had a hard, narrow seat. My ass got tired quicker than my legs got tired. Little. :) But I wanted a more comfortable seat. For me, these seat covers mean about 50% more ride time compared to the hard, narrow saddle that my bike arrived in. with, and which is just under this seat cushion. This gives my legs more time for the ride to get tired. And that's good.
