I only felt comfortable on a few trips. It is defective and must be replaced immediately. To update! I live in the Californian desert and use it for outdoor use. Apparently the gel will ooze out of the seat if you leave the bike out in the hot sun. This is a very good and comfortable product, but you should be aware when using it outdoors. The company responded to my concerns very quickly and should be commended for their concern. I left it in the sun and the temperature in the shade was 123 degrees, so this is an extreme case. However, be careful when using it.
