13U if you install deep elements

This is a pretty good product. I leave it. I wanted 20U but settled on this 15U (not this product issue). If I set it up for screw mounts, it's only 13U because the adjustable frame pieces get in the way of anything full-width (>3 inches). If your items aren't full width and use extension brackets you might be fine, otherwise a great rack
