This board appears to suffer from a design issue that results in quite a bit of wheelbite. As a general rule, on a longboard you should be able to make a smooth, slow turn without the board touching the wheels. This is where the deck comes into contact with the wheels, causing the board to come to a sudden and quite dangerous stop. I tried to fix it by tightening the kingpin but that didn't solve the problem. You have to tighten the carts to the point where it becomes impossible to rotate the board in a meaningful way. Get another board with wheels that are the right size and spacing, with notches in the deck to prevent the wheels from biting.
