My main issues with this product are that it doesn't adjust very well on the bike and it's not easy to snap your phone in and out on the fly. In addition, the rubber bands get in the way when using the mobile phone display at the edges and cover the time. Overall it does what it's designed for, but it's not very versatile when I use it. 1. The rubber is very tight and cannot be adjusted, and I need a phone higher on the steering wheel. For this topic, I tilt my head at an awkward angle to see my screen - it starts to hurt after an hour or two of driving and stopping to use the phone for my own purposes. 2. It's not easy to put in and take out your phone in a snap, especially when you have a case. Once you pull it out, you have to readjust the base, which is a messy process.3. The arrows in the corners hide important screen functions such as the time and, depending on the app, the ability to exit or navigate within the app. It doesn't suit me.
