Best in kitchen and dining room disappointing

Can't measure weight to the gram. Values for items under one gram are displayed as 0.000 g My item weighed approx. 0.35 g and the scale showed 0.000 g even after several measuring attempts. But it clearly measured the 20g test weight at 20,000g every time. Thus, this scale may have an accuracy of better than one gram, but the claim that this scale has an accuracy of up to 0.001g is categorically false. Maybe I have a bad blockage? May be. But if I don't have a reliable scale to test the device with, or if I don't buy three such devices, how do I know if I have a defective device? Confidence in accuracy is a fragile thing. I have to conclude that this scale is a toy and I would not trust it if accuracy to the gram is important.

Pros
  • Digital Scale
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
