If you put ANY glitter on your lips and take a before and after photo, the after photo will show that your lips have become plumper. They might be a bit fuller, but you can get the same results by adding some cayenne pepper to them. I believe the product contains an ingredient that is irritating or heating your lips and causing blood flow. So maybe there could be short-term implications.
