Review on Neiko 02446A 2 Inch Accessories 35 Piece by Sean Maile

The first thing that struck me when I received this set was how heavy this set is! I already have a great set of Craftsman sockets that have served me well over the years, but they aren't deep or impact resistant (hence the reasons I bought this set). This Craftsman set feels so light compared to this set from Neiko! Over the past few days I've had the opportunity to use several of these sockets, a ratchet and a 10 inch extension. Everything worked great while I was working on my truck. I also used one of the sockets with my torque wrench and the head held up very well when I torqued a few nuts to 90 ft lbs. The plastic case seems to be about the same quality as most other tools that come with a similar type of plastic case. I mean, it seems cheap, but they're all like that, so I can't solely blame Neiko for doing what everyone else is doing. It remains to be seen how well the hull will hold up over time. Including a 3/8" drive adapter seems silly to me. But I think if you need it, at least it's there. The 3 extension lengths are definitely a nice addition to the set. As well as a universal joint - a long-awaited accessory of this kit.
