Magnetic circle glue is good and works great if you follow the instructions. The two rounds are good enough for both of my phones to stay in place. The attraction of the base to the magnetic circuit is very strong. I probably should have left a clear sticker on the base to allow it to slide off a bit. You can actually squeeze the crank onto the vent and onto the pivot ball under the base, so it feels pretty solid and doesn't accidentally change the phone's tilt, even with a phablet. It keeps the ventilation as I would expect so the placement has been adjusted to compensate for this. There are no complaints about the product.
