I needed a magnetic mount that could hold my iPhone 12 Pro Max without having to insert a magnet into the case. I didn't use any of the extra magnetic rings that came in the box and it holds my phone well. The holder attaches to my car's air vent much more securely than my previous holder. Bought this mount and was very surprised at how much I like it. First, the magnet is very strong. The phone will not fall and stay safe. Second, the vent mount is the best. It is tightened by screwing in a wing nut ring which tightens the 2 levers that clamp the bleed.
