I was hesitant to buy it because of the bad reviews but decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It was beautifully packaged; correctly positioned in the box. Nothing broke and everything was fine. There aren't really any instructions to speak of: but if you simply remove the two funnel-shaped parts at the inlet (left) and outlet (right) by removing the small blue mounting clips, you can simply plug the hoses into the holes on each of them. and then replace the brackets and they stay in place. Connect the other end of the inlet hose to the water line in the same way after inserting the 1/2" fitting into the cold water line under the sink. This step can be the trickiest part if you don't know anything about springs, but you can do it. Before you start, make sure you have "duct tape" and use it on all places where you are going to bolt a nut or pipe.The exhaust pipe enters the lower part of the chrome faucet one, if you put a nut on it first, and then a small white colette, insert a white bobby pin into the hose, put tape on the faucet thread, and screw it in.
