Review on Optiflora by Nick Childs

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Ascending Optiflora Falls Quality and service assurances are severely lacking.

Unfortunately, Optiflora falls short of their stated goal of offering the best possible products and services for gardens and outdoor areas. Their lofty claims may be impressive on paper, but they fall far short in practice. Their merchandise is of dubious quality. While they have a wide selection, the quality of their products is lacking. Don't be duped by the shiny packaging and bold claims made by the manufacturer; many products fall short. Worse worse, their support services for customers are also underwhelming. If you ever have a problem or query, good luck receiving an answer or a resolution. It seems like closing the deal is more important than making sure the customer is happy. In sum, I would not suggest Optiflora to anyone who values superior quality and attentive support staff. Don't set yourself up for disappointment; there are lots of other firms out there who provide as promised.

Pros
  • Products of a high standard
Cons
  • Variability in product effectiveness
