I was tearing my hair out trying to find a solution to attach three 27 inch AOC monitors I just bought to my Lenovo Connect Legion laptop. I tried a more expensive station dock ($150) with port replication for USB, LAN, SD, etc. and it couldn't see any of my monitors. I chose this dongle because it was inexpensive and simple. As a last resort, I was willing to sell one of my monitors on Craigslist to recoup some of my losses. I am very happy with this key and it does exactly what I need. It can even support my laptop display. when I need it, but I never see it becoming a reality with how much real estate I have now. If I could upgrade this product I would add a double-sided mounting surface at the bottom, but I can do that myself.
