I have over a dozen different 365nm UV LED flashlights. This includes a USB-C charging port, a 1A 110V charger and a cable. Also include a black light filter (required for many uses like rock picking) and a few extra o-rings. The claimed 450mW optical power is most likely true (they rarely tell the truth). A 18650 lithium battery is installed (remove the protective insulator by unscrewing the end of the switch) and it looks like a regular/premium 2600mAh battery. If I could change one thing it would be a wider beam angle as it is one of the narrowest I have. It's good if you want an intense place. After registering (by scanning a QR code with a mobile app like QR Droid and answering a few questions) you will receive a very detailed user manual via email. You don't have to have one, but follow the instructions on the box for USB charging.
