Not the best for hardware
It's not a full 10 x 18.6 inches shorter on each side but as advertised. The grommets on each side (sides and ends) do not line up with each other making it difficult to snap them flat. When exposed to the sun, the eyelet sides will curl and not lie flat. After sun exposure, the curled sides remain permanent.
- Done 6 inches or up to 2 percent less all around
