This unit was purchased for a self contained backup/covered 12ft wheeled trailer. The trailer is equipped with 6 solar panels with a capacity of 100 W and batteries with a capacity of 8,155 Ah. This inverter powered the home during two power outages lasting more than 24 hours, and while camping, provided enough power to run a toaster oven, microwave, small refrigerator, and 6000 BTUs of AC power.
