We have bought 2 packages of this product. 1 for immediate use and the other in stock. It sat OPENED/UNUSED for several months and when we needed it we installed it and it broke. We contacted them for an EXCHANGE, never received a reply after 2 weeks. We then sent another email asking for help and even said we would buy extra from them and were apologised, no. We buy them often enough, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. It's not about the money, it's about the essence!
