Bought for a work printer and after 3 weeks it left big black streaks on our documents. When we confirmed that the device was defective, the return period had already expired 2 days. Very dissatisfied with Revain's product and policy as the product was to be evaluated for 10,000 copies. I would not buy again.

This product was the worst we needed a new one to run our business and keep the printer running. When we put it in the printer it didn't work and kept saying it was faulty. I will never buy any of them again.

We have bought 2 packages of this product. 1 for immediate use and the other in stock. It sat OPENED/UNUSED for several months and when we needed it we installed it and it broke. We contacted them for an EXCHANGE, never received a reply after 2 weeks. We then sent another email asking for help and even said we would buy extra from them and were apologised, no. We buy them often enough, but DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. It's not about the money, it's about the essence!
